Review guidelines

Reviews on Longevity Zürich should give other users honest guidance. Clear rules apply.

Who may review?

Only people who have visited the provider themselves within the last three years. Every review is confirmed by email (double opt-in) and checked by our editors before publication.

What is not published?

• Reviews without a personal visit, reviews by providers, staff, competitors or for payment
• Insults, discrimination, insinuations, medical diagnoses of third parties
• Personal data of third parties, advertising, links
• Content unrelated to the provider’s service

Stars and dimensions

Besides the overall rating, effect & results, care & advice, facilities & hygiene and value for money can be rated. Naming the treatment used helps others put the review in context.

Providers’ right of reply

Providers may reply to published reviews; the reply appears below the review. Providers can report reviews that violate these guidelines.

Deletion

Authors can have their review deleted at any time by email. In case of justified objections we remove reviews after checking.
