Methodology & criteria
Every provider in Zurich and the surrounding area is recorded against the same three-tier set of criteria. What we cannot verify is shown as “n/a” – we never estimate.
1. Technologies offered (main filter)
Each provider receives a yes/no for each of the following technologies. In the comparison filter several technologies can be combined; only providers offering all selected treatments are then shown.
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)
- IHHT – intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia training
- Cryotherapy & cryo chamber
- Red light therapy (photobiomodulation)
- IV therapy (vitamin drips, NAD+)
- Body composition: DEXA, InBody, 3D scan & VO2max
- Hormone therapy (bioidentical hormones, HRT)
- Longevity check-up & biomarker diagnostics – addition: diagnostics offering, not an equipment technology
- Infrared cabin & sauna
- Compression therapy & lymphatic drainage (recovery boots)
- Hydrogen inhalation (H₂ therapy)
- Ozone & plasma therapy
- Shockwave therapy (ESWT)

3. Equipment-specific criteria
Only relevant where a provider offers the technology – and shown as a comparison table on every hub page:
- HBOT: chamber type (hard/soft shell), max. pressure in ATA, pure oxygen, medical indication
- Cryotherapy: type (electric/nitrogen/ice bath), minimum temperature, full body
- Red light: application (full body/local), wavelengths in nm, power density
- Infrared/sauna: type, single/group
- IHHT: physician-supervised, with exercise
- H₂: form (inhalation/water), duration
- Compression/lymph: system, coverage (full leg/full body)
- Shockwave: focused/radial
- Ozone / plasma: application (autohaemotherapy, insufflation, cold-plasma bed), physician-administered
- Body composition: method (DEXA/InBody/3D), VO2max test
- IV therapy: prescription (physician/standard menu), individualised by blood work, active substances
- Hormone therapy: endocrinology expertise, diagnostics-based, monitoring
Data sources and currency
The basis is provider websites and price lists, media reports and information from the providers themselves. Every profile states sources and date. Providers can correct or complete data at any time via For providers ; changes are checked and adopted with a new date.
Independence
- Every relevant provider is listed – free of charge and without requiring consent (publicly available business data).
- Lists are alphabetical or sorted by user-selected criteria. There is no paid ranking.
- Paid placements are labelled “Sponsored”. The operator is itself active in the longevity field; all providers are recorded under the same rules.
- Medical statements are deliberately cautious; we reflect the state of evidence and make no miracle claims.
